What is Juvéderm?
The Juvéderm range of dermal fillers enhance facial volume where you need it. What can I expect at my Juvéderm treatment?
Your Hamptons Medical Associates treatment provider applies topical anesthetic cream to numb your treatment area, and you’ll relax for a short time while it takes effect. Most patients don’t feel any pain during injections, and the treatment takes just a few minutes.
You’ll see instant results, but there is a bit of swelling that exaggerates the results for the first day or two. You can apply ice packs to the treatment area at home if you feel any discomfort after your treatment.
It’s generally fine to wear makeup after Juvéderm. Use a light touch and pat your face rather than rubbing it as you apply the makeup.
